Bean Lab - St Albans

This place found a few months ago and will never look back. both hot and carmen are friendly and brighten my day always. visiting beanlab for my morning coffee is now part of my routine. the coffee tastes super and sick regularly order a second espresso before it continues my day. 1).

By far the best coffee of all time, I come every day and the coffee disappointed never, both hot and carman really know how to treat their customers well. highly recommended.

Delicious coffee and great customer service! Staff take care to tailor your coffee so it's just how you like it. The coffee is consistent and the quality is smooth, rich, and has a beautiful aroma. The food is always fresh and tasty, really different to other cafes. I always look forward to my morning coffees and snacks at Bean Lab. Thanks guys!

Been coming to this place on and off over the past couple of years. Coffee is mostly good and service has always been very friendly. Except for the service received by the barista today 16 4 around 12pm. A bit abrupt and didn't complete my coffee order correctly. The older and male baristas are always friendly. Hopefully the next experience is a bit cheerier.

The staff was really rude , I ordered two coffees and she was looking at me suspiciously, and no smile. She did not even ask if I need take away or have here. Me and my friend sat on the bench., and she gave us coffee in take away cups, at the same time she served the aussies next to us in ceramic cups. I felt so insulted and wanted to ask her straight away but controlled myself and let go. I remember her face , will never go back there again. Racist attitude.
