Starbucks Coffee - St Albans

Well organised for the morning takeaway coffee rush, lots of happy customers and a straightforward queuing system

Took 10 minutes to make my drink, I would understand if it was busy but it just wasn’t. Got asked what drink I ordered whilst waiting and then when I received my drink, it tasted horrific, no caramel syrup like I asked and paid for and you could tell it was just rushed and bad.

Typical Starbucks. Overpriced and extra sugary, but you get exactly what you expect, which is what I like about it. This location has great staff, they're all super friendly and the queue moves quickly. The car park is always quite full so you might need to wait for parking. The petrol station has a one way exit, so you cannot go in from the Starbucks. If you need petrol stop there first!

Disappointed. The staff were rude, within 10 minutes of getting my drink and a table I was told by staff I had to move table because they needed to clear it (24 hour starbucks?! There were no tables to move to because it was so busy so I had to leave. While I was packing my bag the worker stood next to me and started moving my stuff. They also tried to take away the drink that I was still drinking and that was still half full. Not a very successful trip, would not recommend.

This is a 24/7 sit in Starbucks. I have been here numerous times in the mornings and late nights and have always found it to be well stocked and very courteous staff. The best part is irrespective of how late it is at night, you can grab a coffee or snack and sit and drink inside.
