Bidrage med feedbackCafe is shabby unwelcoming, waiting time in the queue 20 mins staff run off their feet and not organised, managers hiding in the rest room oblivious of what is going on, the snacks are a mess thrown everywhere having to rummage through for a biscuit, biscuits in the jar broken, cakes looking past sell by date. On the plus side the coffee was good but not worth the wait. Never to return or recommend.
Had a quick cup of coffee here during shopping on a rainy Monday evening. It was nice. Staff was friendly.
Myself and my colleague have been into Costa in next at Rooksley in Milton Keynes. Over the last 3 weeks my colleague has been verbally abused by avairis the store manager. Today I saw it for myself as he has turned all the staff against us that we got on with so well before. Everything he said was calculated and said to Antagonise is to get more of a reaction. Each time he has caused a scene in store as he always does it in front of all the customers instead of taking myself or my colleagues to the side. This is all because we spent almost £400 ordering lunch for a meeting we had in our office across the road. At no point did anyone tell us this was not allowed and they seemed more than happy to take our money. It wasn’t until the 3rd day we went to collect the lunch that they happily ordered for us that this all started and the manager started his verbal abuse to my manager. She was taken back as we had no idea that we had caused any issues for the store. Then the following week she attended Costa with another friend when she was approached my avairis again and he took pleasure in tell her she was a rude and horrible person and carried on his abuse. Today we went to grab a bite to eat at lunch time (always hoping he is not in) and he marched over to us and started again and banned us because he believes we are the ones in the wrong and that we are bad people. This young man clearly needs to go on a mangers course, customer service course and anger management course. I am beyond shocked that we have been treated this way. We have reported this before and had nothing come of it and the head office DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!
Came here the other day for a coffee and was served by serena. lovely girl and friendly to chat to whilst i waited for my coffee: she is an asset to the team there. would definitely recommend this costa to everyone !!!
My wife and myself, have been visiting this Costa shop, for a couple of years now, always been extremely pleased with the quality of service, a cleanliness of the shop. For the past two years or so Jardeli has been the store manager, fabulous person, always makes every effort to make all customers very welcome. Sadly our visit to the shop, was spoiled by a extremely disruptive lady customer who was shouting abuse at the manager Jardeli because she had stopped her from allowing her children moving tables and chairs around that had not yet been sanitized. She could not understand, the dangers of this dangerous practice, with covid 19 restrictions in place. Jardeli made every effort to calm the irate customer, but she still continued shouting abuse, stating its just because YOU DON 'T LIKE CHILDREN . Jardeli even tried make a table ready for, even though the shop was very busy, and limed staff on duty. So sad to have witnessed this unsavory incident. Some people need to grow up and be more responsible,particularly in these very difficult Covid -19 times. 5 stars for manager Jardeli, how she dealt with the irate customer, she should apologize to store manager Jardeli for her unacceptable irate actions, and it ruined our relaxing coffee, thanks very much.
