So glad we stopped! I went in very uncertain that they knew how to treat my food, but I started searching through their menu and was happy to see gluten-free markers from the products that were naturally gluten-free. They make all foods from scratch and know exactly what is in it and can make modifications for some. They have dedicated frits to gluten-free stuff. The man who took my order was very soothing that they knew exactly what I had. I had chicken enchiladas and steak nachos. Both were very good. We have already decided on the way back that we are back there!
