My wife and I are usually on the way through Whistler. On this special day we decided to participate. Now I know this is a fast food meal and not a 5-star restaurant, but the food was just terrible. Both our burgers looked as if they had appeared, there was mustard everywhere, and they looked like they were joined by a blind man. We both agreed that we would never stop here again.

Ah well most youngsters love it. I was a bit fussy, though about those perfect looking onion rings which could have gone light on oil. I also felt that it was a pricier Mc Donald's. So not quite sure if I wanted to visit again

My Wife Sister in law and myself were heading up to Whistler for the day and so we decided to stop here for breakfast, the restaurant is just off the highway and makes a convenient stop. We each ordered the bacon and egger which is...tasty and comes on an English muffin, we also ordered coffee which was very good.

Male staff were friendly but the young female; possibly acting manager was super unfriendly. No smile even after thanking her twice, no eye contact either. I used my free upgrade from fries to poutine and they still charged me 75 cents because they were confused...about the a nd w app for coupons. Also, I ordered no sauce and extra pickles and they charged me 15 cents for the pickles. Who does this ??? No restaurant that I know of has ever charged for pickles and the worst part is that they saved on sauce but they're were only 4 pickles on the burger. My buddy had a burger with bacon on it and it had two toothpicks of bacon on it.....brutal. It's not the fact that I paid 90 cents too much but the fact that they don't care about return business. Just plain cheap and I or my friends will not return. I love a and w and hope that they do quality control on their restaurants so they can keep up their good name. Very unprofessional management!!
