Swiss Chalet - Spruce Grove

Our meals arrived quickly, within 10 minutes of placing our order, and I can assure you that the full rack of ribs was indeed a full rack—not the usual two halves you often see in other places. My wife's pasta was a solid 10 out of 10—flavorful and generous enough that we could take some home. The portion sizes for the kids were very good for the price. By the time we finished, the restaurant was busy, and there was a wait at the door. The atmosphere at Swiss Chalet was lovely. I would rate our experience a 9.5 out of 10, as I've never given a perfect score before. It was also a nice touch to see the manager stop by to check on us. He chatted with us about the new dishes and even treated us to dessert. Having dined at most Swiss Chalets in Edmonton, I can confidently say that this location really knows what it’s doing. Exceptional! I've been to this restaurant multiple times, both for takeout and dining in, and each experience has been superb. The takeout service is lightning-fast, and the service in the dining area has consistently been outstanding.

I typically don’t dine at Swiss Chalet because I’m not a fan of their chicken, particularly the dipping sauce. However, after a friend persuaded me to join them for lunch at this location, I decided to try the roast beef sandwich. It was amazing! It had all the qualities you’d expect from a beef dip but rarely encounter. The bun was soft and fresh, and the beef was perfectly drenched in jus, offering just the right amount of flavor without overwhelming saltiness. The cole slaw that accompanied it was also fantastic. I will definitely be back!

Best Restaurant in Spruce Grove! My husband and I often eat here, and we can’t speak highly enough of the food quality and outstanding service. It’s important to note that this isn't a fast-food drive-thru. Although we've never experienced long wait times, I’d much prefer my meal to be prepared fresh rather than feel hurried. Swiss Chalet in Spruce Grove also has new items on the menu, and if you're willing to try something different, the butter chicken is amazing—the portions are quite generous. I will definitely keep visiting this Swiss Chalet and highly recommend it to others.

Our server, Anne, was outstanding! She was prompt and had a great attitude. The food is consistently delicious, and the restaurant is well-maintained.
