Feast - Springwood

Tonight for the first time in a long time tonight 11/06/22, maybe 10 plus years. the atmosphere that was eating was great, and the staff was amazing and very friendly, the only case is that they did not open until 5:30 for dinner and the people were still coming at 6. dinner is 5:30-7 for the first session and 7-8:30 for the 2nd session. a total of 99.99999% astonishing will definitely be back.

I've been for a few years for her buffet to the spring wood festival and I'm happy with every visit. in the run of the years their menu has improved and boiled and their service seems always good with the cleanliness of the restaurant space also always be good. I love buffets for groups because there is something for everyone and of course the one that is distributed at the end is always a welcome contract after a few teller hearty foods.

Got invited by a friend tonight to try out this bistro style buffet dinner. Considering this very reasonable price for all-you-can-eat dinner I think this place has done a very good job! FOOD: There are a lot more food choices than we expected (as we already knew the price before we came . Heaps of fresh cold prawns and mussels; salad bar with at least 8 varieties; 2 choices of hot soup bread rolls; deep fried chicken nuggets, squids, chips, fish which is a good news for fans of deep-fried food (I’m not a big fan though ; roast beef, roast pork, steamed fish, and LOTS of steamed veggies that are crispy not soggy! Not to mention their hot and cold dessert/fruit bars. I was too full and didn’t get to try any of the dessert. But my friend did enjoy the hot waffle with soft serve ice cream! ATMOSPHERE: bistro style restaurant and suits casual family/friends gathering very well. there’s a kids playground too kids love the place a lot for sure. SERVICE: very nice and friendly staff! Came to collect our used dishes in a timely manner with a big smile on their faces! Will definitely come back for some casual dinner on some nights when I don’t feel like cooking :

For a pub type buffet this wasn't at all bad. Not a big fan of the humble buffet, but in this instance I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really pleasant food was replaced as soon as the trays were emptied. There were plenty of vegetarian options for me but I chose the roasted vegetables paired with some small fish bites. The vegetables were piping hot (usually not the case in buffets) roast potatoes were particularly crunchy just as I like them pumpkin nicely roasted. Deserts were plentiful varied, my pick was the bread butter pudding good old fashioned fare at it's best

I admitted that if not because of the recent promotion of this eatery, I would miss their much improvement with cheap eat but tasteful food for the local after my first visit nearly four years! It was a busy Sunday lunch with crowd of diners gathering at this place to have the buffet. I have no comment of the varieties of food provided as compared to the price that I paid. The only comment is that they provide very tasteful foods. The mushroom soup and the roasted pork are the a-must, which are certainly the hotel standard. Highly recommended! Jun 18, 2015 Rating 2.5/5 I think it is the worst buffet that I ever have in Brisbane. I wonder how come there still be a lot of people rushing to dine in. Price charged seems low but you need to pay extra for more quality seafood e.g. a bucket of prawns. Varieties of food provided are limited. Food quality is not acceptable, particularly at the hot food section, I had a piece of pork which was fatty and tasteless. I think the best decision of the management is the play-ground set for the kids, which really brings in a lot of family diners but it also attract the noisiness which brings the negatives.
