Pizza Hut - Springville

The food was delicious, but since they don't offer delivery to my location, I had to either pick it up myself or give them a 5-star rating.

I have never written a review before, but I had to for this place. The pizza here is absolutely amazing; it beats any other pizza I have ever had, including Pizza Hut. I have eaten at Pizza Hut many times and even worked there in the evenings during my time in the military, so I have tried a lot of different pizzas for comparison. I will definitely only be ordering from this location from now on - no other place even comes close.

I typically don't write reviews, but my mom visited this restaurant tonight and placed an order. They listed her name as Jane Doe, which surprised me. When she questioned the employee, he just laughed. I called to speak with a manager, who explained that they use that name for customers without a name on file. However, in my experience working in a pizza place, it's not difficult to ask for a name, even during busy times. Using "Jane Doe" seems unnecessary.

Order was made accurate and on time, but not very tasty.

The pizza order was right and the broth sticks were good. but apparently they don't believe in giving cheese in pizza. very disappointed
