Going thru the drive thru was terrible I sat there to give my order over 5 minutes .no one in front of me I even honk my horn to get the girl at the window that was giving out a order but didn't even try to see me. I finally drove out of your lot. This is not the first time this has happened. Im not happy about your way of service. Amd I'm not sure if I will come back.
Not sure why I am bothering to write a review since, judging by all the bad reviews, they clearly don't care. But hopefully it might spare someone else from wasting their money here. This Sonic has to be the worst Sonic location I've ever been to. I stopped going for a while but decided to give it another try. My mistake. The burgers were overcooked and hard on the edges. None of the customizations that we ordered in our mobile order were correct. The jalapenos that they charge an extra 89 cents for were completely missing. The pickle fries were a soggy clump of breading with a few pickle slices mixed in. The food is absolutely awful and they can't even get the order right. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to ANY other location but Springtown.
Once again I ordered food and sauces. I received 0 out of the 8 ranch packets. I ordered a 5 piece meal to avoid unwanted onion rings and was still given the combo with onion rings. 5 drinks were ordered with me by myself and I still had to ask for a drink holder, which happens every time. Fries taste stale and the unwanted toast in the combo that was suppose to be a meal tastes and a els burnt Food: 3
