Wendy's - Springfield

The food was tasty, prices were fair, and the staff was friendly. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot, making me want to eat my burger outside in the rain.

The cashier at the front was very friendly and efficient. I was surprised to learn that Wendy's had chili cheese fries, but she informed me about it. Overall, great service!

Kyle and timothy were extremely nice in the drive thru! my order was fulfilled with extra sauce in the bag. super awesome :

My husband, toddler, and I went through the drive-thru for breakfast. Unfortunately, they were out of my picky toddler's favorite oatmeal bar. The friendly worker suggested the honey butter biscuit and even put my toddler's food items in a kids meal bag with a cool peek-a-boo book. My son loves it! Thank you!

It was a pleasant enough experience although the dining room was getting ready to close (15 minutes before) ...and they made no effort to encourage me to stay... I ate my burger in the car...
