I wish they served authentic soy sauce instead of the packaged variety, which lacks flavor.

The front desk employee was incredibly helpful and friendly. He anticipated our needs and knew exactly how to assist us without us having to ask. I'm giving five stars solely for the outstanding customer service!

The $5 cashew dish is an excellent value, although it doesn't include rice. If you eat in, you do get soup as well. The crab rangoons were delicious, and the potstickers with sauce were fantastic. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

Absolutely love Thai Express. Went today and had the Thai Basil stir fry with chicken. Delicious lower carb option. Staff was amazing, especially Jessica and Christian, in helping me find a lower carb dish. 10 out of 10!!
