Bidrage med feedbackI understand that complaining about a taco bell is over as big a waste of time as anything, but I can't keep it for me. tonight we went and got 2 Mexican pizzas and two bark chealupas. a chalupa was in order, but the other had literally a whole salate in it. that tasted not only terrible, but also meant that there was no actual salate in taco. what a bummer, but the worst thing we are the pizzas. Both had a funky taste for them, which more resembles the taste of formal karton than anything similar to eating. now I have tried and I mean trying to call there to take care of my eating and I would have tortured this to a simple mistake and moved on, but after several calling about the course of 30 minutes we were never in the position to get in touch with the load. either they don't care if people call and don't answer, or they just did a bad job all night, that they didn't come long enough from the phone to answer a new call. in any case there is a tonn taco bells in this city. drive a mile and use it. that's a sweat.
I ordered from this Taco Bell tonight. I drive all the way home with my sick daughter to find Half of my order was wrong or missing. I try calling this Taco Bell and no one answers. I drove back to this Taco Bell and wish for my entire order to be remade. The young man at the window argues with me saying they can't replace the order because it's not their policy at that store. I know the policy of fast food corporations as I was a manager and I know other Taco Bell managers. Do not order from this store as they do not honor the rules and their night crew likes to cause customers problems when the employees are actually the problem.
I believe this was a manager we spoke to, blonde hair, bit of a tummy, working Friday Dec 2, 2022 night shift. We visited and ordered a box and 3 burritos with added sour cream and chipotle (because they 're dry)The box was missing a beefy 5 layer (easily the main object) and the 3 burritos were plain. Obviously we could 've done without the added stuff, but my wife didn 't get her burritoSo we went back around, explained the situation, and were met with mildly calming customer service from the girl on the headset. It wasn 't until we got to the window that this blonde woman comes to the window, speaks to us in a dedicated managerial tone of voice like we 're 5 years old and she 's our teacher. You were here about 15 minutes ago? The burritos that were messed up were the cheesy bean and rice burritos right? My wife answers them with yes before they cut her off and say okay thats all we 're making. My wife then says I didn 't get the beefy 5 layer burrito And then this woman has the nerve to raise her voice and say they 're already in the bag, so that 's what you 're getting (Referring to the cheesy bean and rice burritos which are too spicy for my wife) So now she eats nothing but a taco and a small fry. Thanks jerks. If you don 't have the gas to go to a different taco bell, I highly suggest ordering from a different restaurant chain. This aint it.Edit: Checked the replacements and they were all wrong too. I couldn 't tell what recipes they were following honestly. It looked like they gave us 3 plain cheesy bean and rice burritos but one of them looked like a 5 layer LOL! However the 5 layer had rice and jalapeno sauce along with the beef. With the tone the manager gave us I wouldn 't be surprised if they spit in it.
I Had been going to this taco bell for roughly the last 10 years or so being close to my house and before that my highschool. They open late and close early. If breakfast is advertised until 11 then they stop at 10:15. Quite literally the laziest people I've ever met. The only thing I eat at taco bell anymore is the breakfast and I end up not getting it more than half the time I go because of various reasons. I think I'll just take the longer drive to one of the taco Bell's that treats it like an actual business because these people just want to get back to doing nothing. A new staff would do that place well.
Placed order on app today huge line at drive thru and someone circled back to say they aren’t open. No employees there, lights off, and couldn’t replace breakfast order for another Taco Bell as too close to 11. I just called and no one is answering. Guess Taco Bell wants to shut down lmao. Glad sonic is next door.
