Eating was good and fresh. the employees were nice and did it well. I still don't like your self-serving format and find it very uncomfortable. I still like to eat that so I'll go on. the whole experience feels in comparison to the type as it was cheap. some who don't know sns might never know the difference, but for me it has definately changed my frequency from a few times a month to maybe 1 times all 3 months.

Always great food! I've never had any issues here. The woman in the drive up window was so pleasant and nice. Would recommend to anyone !

Food was ok but terrible customer service. Manager was cleaning and preparing food without washing hands. He did not use gloves. I am not going back.

The best chocolate milkshake in Springfield. The old time burgers on the flat grill bring back childhood memories. I like the triple steakburger with cheese, onions, and ketchup,and the thin French fries are excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and they have Happy Hour for the shakes. This chain started in Illinois and is a quintessential Midwest hamburger place.
