Shake This - Springfield

Visited without any expectations except to grab coffee and a muffin. Ordered an egg bake in a paper cup for $8 and a muffin for another $4. Gave us free coffee because we ordered a bag of $15 coffee to go. In house drip wasn’t good at all that day. Expensive egg dish stuck more to the paper than to the fork. Should have stayed home. Making their “breakfast in america”? at home is good but not worth $15.

I love their Low carb strawberry smoothie. It’s filling and for someone who is trying to watch her calories for the summer time, this is perfect. I’ll be coming back(:

I have made multiple attempts to reach out for information regarding the shake bar startup product, but for over a month now, I've been repeatedly ignored. I dislike airing grievances publicly, but if you're going to operate a business, it's important to act like one.

To summarize, I had to call back twice because no one got back to me. When I finally spoke to a manager, she told me that I had waited too long to use my card and that there was nothing they could do. She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I love their coffee and the rock 'n roll atmosphere, but I can't support a business that treats its customers this way. Goodbye, Classic Rock!

I really enjoyed the Sweet Emotion Frappé. I also ordered the Strawberry Fields Salad, which was tasty, but I was hoping for a bit more than just a small handful of mixed greens. I'd love to try more dishes, but unfortunately, I won't be returning to Springfield, MO.
