Sbarro - Springfield

The food was unappetizing, stale, and poorly prepared. My order was incorrect, and they substituted it with something entirely different. The prices are excessive, especially considering the quality.

Honestly, this is probably some of the best pizza I've ever had. The flavors are amazing, and it melts in your mouth—so delicious!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's filthy, and they clearly don't prioritize cleanliness. There were dirty towels on the tables, no hand sanitizer available, and trash all over the floors. The customer service was also terrible, especially the woman at the register. When I mentioned receiving a cold Stromboli and brought up my concerns, they acted like I was the problem. I expected at least a clean table and hot food as part of basic customer service.
