Pizza Gyro - Springfield

I had a crispy chicken burger. it was so bad that I couldn't even break it with my hands, forget to eat it. the fries were nice and cold and this is after about a minute. that explains why she was another customer who asked her to ensure that the fries are fresh. I will never go back to this place and the only reason for this one star is because I had no choice if you were not a star they deserve. So they stay completely away from this place because there are many other options in springfield va.

It’s our favorite family restaurant in here. Love their food and especially pizzas and paratha rolls are just awesome. Recently went their and customer service was just horrible. There was a girl in there using phone and saw us waiting to order food but didn’t even come in the front. Never happened before.

My family is constantly coming here and has no complaints, I have tried to order 15 minutes before their closure and they denied me, that is not nice at all. I drove 35 minutes to get food and would not take my order, even tho they were open for another 15 minutes. if they remain open for a certain time, they should be able to order even 5 minutes before. I will make sure that I let people know about this place, very disappointed! please repair their hours! if they stop, customers 30 minutes ago to explain that or have they written it somewhere!

This used to be our go to spot for crispy burgers but unfortunately recently they changed their recipe and it’s horrible. It’s filled with salt and the chicken tasted old. Then they replaced our burgers with chicken subs and those also had lots of salt and were smelly. I don’t know if they got a knew chef who wants to give everyone high blood pressure with all that salt ?

The food quality is good, but the portion are unbelievably small. Typical desi stinginess. XL pizza slice are 2 inches wide. It’s not like their pizza is cheap. I know the owners are reading this review, please be more generous with your portion and next time I will be more generous with my review.
