Bidrage med feedbackDon't wait for you. we ordered 1 pfefferoni pizza and 10:25 tonight. it was said it would take an hour to come halfway. it is now 0110 and no pizza store is closed boone answerer. so I was just from papa johns. they stole 20 dollars.
I recently tried to place an order over the phone, and the lady I spoke with (I believe her name was Kris) was very rude. There was a lot of static on the line, making it difficult to hear. When I mentioned that I couldn't hear her, she responded dismissively with, "It's not me, honey; it's your phone," in a rather unfriendly tone. Additionally, she insisted that I would be charged double for the delivery fee when I requested to add another pizza. Frustrated, I told her to cancel my order and that I would take my business elsewhere. When I called another location nearby, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. He recognized my situation immediately and knew exactly who I was referring to.
I gave the delivery driver a generous cash tip on a cold, icy day—double what I usually give. However, when I checked my bank account later, I noticed that either the driver or the store manager had added another dollar tip after returning to the store. The manager initially claimed that they don’t do that and insisted she checks the receipts to prevent it. Still unwilling to admit what happened, I was told I could come to the store to pick up a dollar. I explained that I had ordered delivery to avoid going to the store, and I wasn’t driving over just for a dollar. They then offered me a free pizza, but I wasn’t interested in accepting a pizza that I hadn’t seen prepared, especially since they seemed upset. I asked to see the receipt, but they said they no longer had it because it had been sent to the accountant. Oddly, the accountant couldn’t find it either. I’ve filed a fraud claim with MasterCard and am awaiting their response. Normally, it’s important to be cautious with your credit or debit cards, and if you tip a delivery driver in cash, make sure to mark the receipt and take a picture of it.
Fast, convenient, and friendly service. The pizza is consistently excellent. While the prices may be slightly higher than those of some other chains, the quality is noticeably superior.
I called to order a pizza and brownies tonight waited on my food FOREVER only to discover that my pizza had not been sliced.. I called back was placed on hold to speak with a manager 15mins after being put on hold he picks up the line asking me over and over again am I sure the pizza had not been sliced.He offered to send me one thats cut but made it a point 4 times of him needing the original one back,as if I couldn't have just purchased 2 pizzas. Told me that someone would be written up for it.The manager was rude never apologized for the inconvenience NOTHING just an all I can do attitude. little does he know decent customer service goes a long way I see why his workers have attitude problems..This was my first and last time ordering anything for this store..
