Mughal Oasis - Springfield

The manager was extremely rude when I informed her that my order was incorrect. They only gave me half of the usual portion and lied about it. Additionally, they made a mistake with my naan order, giving me the wrong type and quantity. When I asked for a refund or exchange, they refused, claiming that they could not serve the naan to other customers due to health concerns, particularly during Covid-19. The customer service was poor and frustrating. They have lost my business for good.

The qeema naan at this restaurant is amazing. While I haven't tried anything else on the menu, I would assume that the food is better than average. However, the service from the staff is somewhat unfriendly.

The restaurant has a small dining area, but the food is delicious. We usually order takeout. We tried their keema naans and chargha, both of which were good, but the chargha was especially excellent. Unlike other restaurants that claim to serve chargha but use wood charcoal, this place serves real chargha.

Amazing bark keema naan! have dine in and take-out service and is excellent every time!
