Mcdonald's - Springfield

Tea was extremely weak, ask for very light ice and you get EXTRA ice it seems. Need your game on sweet tea too, bc it was very weak.

I just wanted the big breakfast, and they said it didn't come with everything as advertised. The boy in the window said they will also get rid of Biscuit and Gravy from the menu.

Great. The food was cold and bad. Manager was disrespectful. Never go back.

I went through the drive through and the first employee got impatient and handed me off to another employee and the next employee got frustrated and growled at me after that I talked to the guy at the window and he laughed at me when I told about it this happened on 10/24/2020 at 10:20 after all of this i asked for the name of the employee that growled and she told me her name is Margaret. When I asked the manager he told me that a Margaret never worked.

Ordered ice tea and got mostly ice through the drive through. Thanks McDonald's for using the covid to take advantage of me. I would have came inside to make my drink but I cant so McDonald's takes advantage of an opportunity to stick it to us!
