Mcdonald's - Springfield

Food wasn't bad, I personally didn't care for the coffee, but probably more personal preference than good/bad. Our waitresses wasn't very good yet but she was newer. It was breakfast, nothing special but not bad either.

They rarely ever get the order right. Their drive thru is maddening and people will constantly cut the line in front of each other. The last straw, that warranted writing this review, was the fact that I just bought 5 sandwiches to which 3 of them wereincorrect. After getting home and notifying them they will not do anything unless I drive back there with the food and receipt,wait again for someone (the first time it took 30 minutes) before they will even entertain discussing the issues. Never evenasked me what was wrong just demanded that I dispute this garbage in person. Why do we allow huge companies to treat us likedirt and come back for more?

I got a 20 pc nuggets 2 large Fry's an 2 cheese burgers an 2 large drinks an my wife asked for a extra sauce they only gave her 3 when she asked for extra sauce so my suggestion is i guess just use your 3 sauces wisely

Last minute stop on the way out of town, line is full of cars. They moved very quickly and got everyone taken care of as fast as if there were only a couple of people in line. I used to run a kitchen at McDonalds and I can tell you that they were doingeverything as fast as possible down to the second. Food was hot and fresh and everything was done correctly. That overnight crewdeserves a bonus at the least.

Terrible customer service at both windows. Ain't my fault y'all don't have enough help which makes the day seem longer. Employees were rude. I give one star because the coke was good.
