Re train the staff: 2 guys that work the drive thru window are extremely RUDE, poor customer service, unprofessional and serving old cold hard chicken. If the workers are angry or management stay home. Avoid Avoid cook at home

This KFC is a joke. Half the time they are out of chicken, their ice machine was down for like a month, and the prices keep going up for smaller and smaller portion sizes. The food is almost always cold and dry. The drive-thru itself is so full ofpotholes that they're nearly impossible to avoid, as one is directly on the way to the pick-up window. Don't waste your time onthis place.

I ordered a 16-part chicken flour, I have no biscuits, no coleslaw, my boxes were open and very greasy. I tried to call the load and what they know they don't answer. never. I'm as disappointed as I love kfc.
