Kfc - Springfield

Worst service in town. Don?t bother with ordering online, they don?t start putting together your order until you get there. Then you will wait about 10 minutes, after which some jerk employee says you need to learn to be patient. Actually, I just need tolearn not to return to your store. Consider that lesson learned. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a two piece dark meat original and got one extra crispy ?breast? even it was odd shaped and just one piece, not two. Was not told my order wasn?t able to be filled as ordered. Also, who needs 6 packs of hot sauce and 5 ketchup for a famousbowl and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes? Oh, and it was 4:15 and I was the only person in the drive thru.

A nice dinner tonight. I know better than to go here and when I was dressed to try the new one when they reacted that they were out of pretty much everything I should have just gone. I got a hunch on the way up yesterday. absolutely terrible. hard like a rock twice cooked or burned. forgot the crumbling and spicy. very dissatisfied. if this is the quality of the products they want to exhibit in close proximity. I will not be making

The KFC here is amazing. I got fast service and the people working there are super nice. I would recommend anyone to come here. The food is good here. I enjoyed being here. The drive thru is pretty quick too which is great. And have a lovely day.
