Jimmy John's - Springfield

I’m in here at 623 on April 14th. There is only one one guy here working. Taking orders marking food and answering phone. This place needs to hire more people but this guy is killing it and doing an amazing job.

This has been one of my favorites when I connected with them when I was still working with the state of Illinois and they really were freaky fast. Now that I'm retired I don't get them delivered but I do go over and order them and take them home and they are the best sandwiches!!! I love the bread that they put the meat and condiments on; it's the best French bread I've ever tasted in my life. Staff are friendly.

Spicy east coast italian is fire. service always good at this place.

Excellent as usual. order approx. 1145 and was delivered in about 20 minutes. the staff was friendly and helpful.

I don't typically write reviews because I understand that anyone or any business can have an off day. However, I’ve placed five delivery orders from the N Dirksen location in the past month, and four of them took over an hour to arrive. The fifth took 45 minutes. While I recognize that many industries are facing staffing challenges, I would prefer to be informed if the store has temporarily stopped taking orders rather than waiting an hour for food that is marketed as “freaky fast.” Due to the increased delivery costs and disappointing service, I won’t be ordering again.
