Ihop - Springfield

Always good meal and polite service I often eat on ihop therefore. also there safe

The food was ok, the dining room needed a cleaning. floors, tables, stands and chairs all had sticky sirup, tables had rubber under, floors where sticky and covered with small items. very surprising, because the restaurant might have 5 tables in it on Monday at most by 2 o'clock. when the dining room looked like that, how does the kitchen look? I wouldn't suggest going, and I won't be back.

The people went to the left and right, including us. I don't know what's going on. but I don't think we'll be back. the people went due to waiting times after the order. we waited for almost 20 and still no employee interactions to get us to a table. just like 12 customers at the place. a table waited about 20 minutes for the register to pay off, although they never got to eat it. the personal came out and was as if they were going? you had not eaten yet. they answered, we can no longer wait

Our waitress destiny was fantastic! the only reason I have rating y’all a 1, there was no option for zero. the windows were covered with sticky hand prints, window shutters covered with dust, our table was covered with crumbs, the floor looked like he had not blurred all day, the turquoise was covered with sticky hand prints and someone in the kitchen (female) screamed and screamed the first 20min we were there. will think twice before it goes back.
