El Charro - Springfield

We ordered through their website, which was very convenient. They called us promptly to let us know our food was ready to be picked up. The problem was with the food itself. There was no seasoning on the chicken. Cooked through, but pale and kinda dry. The chili relleno was too tough to eat, and the outside was overcooked. The portions were small, but that was okay compared to the rest of it. A person in my party had his vegetables so undercooked they were practically raw. It was surprising because the images online from other reviews didn't seem to match up with what we were given. I'm not sure if we did something or if it was an off day. I can't recommend this place for a good meal.

Extremely surprised that this isnt rated higher been to mexican resturant all over to us and this place has far beyond exceeded my expectations fresh tortilla chips excellent salsa and my food was very good

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious and an overall great experience, I had the chicken mole, the sauce was done perfectly and the chicken was seasoned well. PS THE COMPLEMENTARY SALSA HERE IS SO GOOD

I just came here and ordered nachos and as I’m paying this lady is grabbing my chips with no gloves for my nachos! They don’t wear gloves here, it’s dirty, never busy, and bad customer service. They don’t ask you how’s your day going or anything, and the food isn’t that great it lacks flavor.

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! They also offer a wide variety of vegetarian options!
