Cici's Pizza - Springfield

I visited this cici and completely satisfied. the good was served hot and tasted super. clean restaurant and personal cleaning tables were very efficient and friendly. I recommend this facility and will be back. also very good. child-friendly: the playroom was fantastic parking: many parking spaces

The pizza has been horrible ever since the closing and reopening remodel of the place. Pizza is greasy and tasteless, register worker didn’t know how to do basic math, the workers were generally rude and had an attitude, wasn’t good by any means. The only decent thing was the brownies with powdered sugar and even then they were mediocre. Was not a fan at the grand reopening, and decided to try it again a few years later in hopes that maybe it was just a bad day, but sadly had the same horrid experience both times. The game room is fine but the food isn’t great at all.

One of my daughters got sick before we even got our food. Caliea and Misty were super helpful in assisting with cleaning up and making sure our kids were fine. Even more so they gave us sprite for the little one and 3 boxes of pizza unexpectedly! Kind and genuine people work here. Great food and good people! Thanks again

We went to Cici’s tonight to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. I hadn’t been there in years and honestly didn’t expect much. They blew me away. The staff were incredible from the moment we stepped in the door to when we left, every single one of them! The restaurant was clean, they kept the buffet full, and the game room is really, really nice. They were patient as our kids picked out prizes, and made my nephew feel really special. Thanks for a great experience! We will definitely be back.

Good drink, Good food, A couple of The worker's acted as we were more of a bother like hurry up get out so we can go home was the energy the vibe I got from them.. The one at the cash register said how much did you give me I don't want to count it.. Lady picking up plates wanted us to hand her the dishes across the table and the food.... SORRY CICIS PIZZA I HAVE TO BE HONEST...Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of kids and they seemed to all be busy gobbling pizza and brownie's. They were content I have to say that!Parking: Plenty parking we got front row door!Wheelchair accessibility: There was Handy cap parking and handy cap entrance.
