Bean Counter Llc - Springfield

I instantly fell in love with this shop the moment I walked in! The lukewarm coffee is absolutely amazing... every flavor is delightful. My personal favorite is the Blueberry Crunch - it tastes just as good as it smells! The artwork on each bag is really unique and cool. Not only is this a coffee shop, but also a gift shop with some fantastic items that you won't find just anywhere. I even purchased a ring there that has become my favorite piece of jewelry. I absolutely adore the Bean Counter!

I ordered a mocha and it was absolutely delicious, the place smelled great, and they had a wide variety of great looking products available. The pricing is typical of non-chain coffee.. I did not see whether or no it was fair trade. Unfortunately,the establishment does not have indoor seating. If they did I would be coming here a couple times a week while I waited on mymother running errands or to work for a few hours, but I cannot. I do not see myself coming back until I decide I want to browsethe store. The coffee is four stars, but I do not think the establishment should be labeled a café if it is not a sit-down.

The waitress at the restaurant overcharged us by $8. We were disappointed and do not plan on returning. They did offer to refund our money the following day when we brought it to their attention, but it seemed like the waitress was already aware of her mistake.

This coffee shop is the top spot in our community. The staff is friendly and the coffee is outstanding. The cinnamon rolls are also a must-try. A fantastic local business worth supporting.

Amazing customer service. Coffee is WOW! The store has such cool stuff, I could browse for hours. Definitely a great place for a refreshment and to buy a gift for someone (or for yourself).
