Catello - Springe

We went to the New Year's menu today. The food was very good and visually super prepared. Also the service personnel great. We're definitely coming back.

After more than a second chance for the Catello, I have to say that the food was fine until the service was good but unfortunately always far below it. Neither friendliness nor attention at all corresponded to my expectations and professionalism. Unfortunately, not always came to the table what was ordered... once pizza 4 cheeses and pizza 4 seasons were confused. In order to clarify who has to answer the error, the service employee immediately came back to the table with the order form and could prove that he did not write something wrong but did not read the kitchen team correctly. Guilt grants instead of apology. That was really unprofessional! I don't break a neck out of the crown when I say I'm sorry in my job, even if the cause isn't responsible for me personally. But maybe no one was sorry.
