Wendy's - Springdale

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleased to discover a Speedy Splash that genuinely cares about maintaining their equipment; both the car wash and the vacuum worked perfectly! This was my first visit to this location, and I left feeling happy rather than frustrated. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

The wait is usually brief whenever I visit, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is delicious. However, the place could really use some updates, from the drive-thru ordering machine to the parking lot and the exterior. Despite that, the quality of the food is excellent.

The service was incredibly fast; I had my food ready before I had even completed my payment. The staff was fantastic, and the manager was very polite, greeting me as I approached the counter.

This wendys always makes my food so delicious!!!! The manager Shannon is very kind and I absolutely love their costumer service at this location. I couldn't figure out how to order cheese sauce on the app, called them and they were so nice to me. they still sent my sides of cheese sauce with my door dash order. I'm a cheese freak so that was insanely cool of them

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. However, I didn't receive a straw when I left the drive-thru, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. The portions are also on the smaller side.
