Ribcrib Bbq Grill - Springdale

The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food. The ribs, BBQ beans, and mac and cheese were quite good. The chicken slices were a bit soggy but acceptable. The sausage tasted like it had been microwaved rather than grilled. Additionally, the BBQ sauce was a bit too watery for my liking. Overall, I would consider eating here again, but it’s not a necessity.

When we arrived at 7:45 PM, we were unaware that they closed at 8 PM. Throughout our meal, the waitress seemed distracted, cleaning up around us, and we had to get up to request drink refills twice. After we finished, we waited five minutes at the counter to pay since no one brought us a check. Eventually, a woman emerged from the back, rolled her eyes when we asked to settle our bill, and rudely exclaimed, "You know?" This was particularly frustrating as we were the only customers in the restaurant! Given this experience, we won't be returning.

The food was pretty good. It was my first time dining here, and I didn’t realize it was a fast-food BBQ joint until I received my meal. However, it turned out to be even better than other types of fast food.

It was delicious! The ribs, chicken, sausages, potato salad, pickles, it's all good, and if I'm ever down again, we'll stop there and eat because it's down line some of the best bbq I've ever had. The service was great and the ac also worked super. I was at other bbq places where it is almost miserable to sit and eat, but this place was a very comfortable cool on the inside. They had many memories of the walls and the toilets were clean. Definitely give this place an attempt if you ever get a chance that I'm sure, and I have no regrets!

Rib Crib in Springdale is under new management. Everyone that works there is so awesome. We got a to go order and everything was great as usual. But everyone that passed us at the check out counter stopped and asked if we were being helped. I can't say enough great things about this place.
