Well. Posted hours are 8 am 2 pm every day. We arrived at 1 pm one day and were told the restaurant is closed because “we are out.” Went back a couple of days later at 8 am. Restaurant is closed, dark, chairs on the tables, no one in sight. Maybe you can catch them some day, maybe around 10 am. If you aren’t planning to go for, say, a hike.
