Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen - Springdale

Ray was an excellent waiter. He was attentive and efficient.

This was my first time dining at Pappadeaux in Cincinnati and it was delicious. My cousin and l ordered the blackened catfish with red bean and rice. Chef 's kiss!! ? His girlfriend ordered "fried cracked balls with dirty rice which she enjoyed and ordered a Greek salad to go. My cousin ordered a dirty rice to go. Our server Jordan was ABSOLUTELY AWSOME!! She was so informative,attentive and accommodating.She is a real asset to this location of Pappadeaux.(we were so grateful she got a very generous tip)I will definitely dine here again when l 'm in town. Parking: Parking is not an issue. Generous parking. Kid-friendliness: Lots of families were dining with their children.

Great food and a nice atmosphere! The staff is usually pretty nice as well!

I have to say this trip to this restaurant was absolutely horrendous. I ordered the age ribeye, I'm pretty sure I just got some regular New York strip. It was a horrible steak didn't taste anything like the last one I had at this same location. Then the server had the audacity to mock me as she was walking away to get me more to-go containers. All because she didn't bring me the proper to-go containers that I asked for. I must say she messed up there, I was a bartender for 20 years so she missed out on a pretty nice tip. I almost forgot to mention my fiance brought her baked potato home I went to heated up the next night and the entire thing was rotten on the inside I really wished we would have noticed that at the restaurant because then I would have spoke to a manager right on the spot. I don't know if I'll ever go back to this restaurant. For the amount of money you spend your food should be amazing, and the service should be just as good if not better. By far this has to be the worst service I've ever experienced in my life and that's only part of what she did if I went into everything else we would be here all day.

Came here with my family and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Paul, he was so incredibly attentive answered all of our questions with a smile and honestly made the entire experience that much better!
