Bidrage med feedbackWe have never had a bad experience with panda. I have a teller with bark and brokkoli and the new Wok-Feuerschrimp. I come home and I have 1 piece of bark meat with my brokkoli! omg they are serious! very disappointed as a customer and as a highly recommended panda! I hope my problems will be solved!
I really like Panda Express, so I can't anything below a 3. But this specific Panda has let me down numerous times. It was the closest Panda to my house for a long time, so I would stop by on the way home from work, but the food was almost always subpar compared to other PE locations. The rice and noodles taste undercooked, and the greens flavor feels bland and also undercooked. The chicken was good, but it felt like there was effort put into making the food overall than what I've experience at other locations. I would recommend driving the extra distance to the Panda in Rogers Pinnacle Hills if possible.
Ordered here from Grubhub and had an issue with not receiving my whole order. Talked with grubhub and they were able to patch things up, chatted with the driver too and he was able to bring us back the missing items. The driver kept telling me though that the employees here kept telling him that they made sure everything was in the bag. That is like calling me a liar. Our order was placed a bit over an hour ago of me writing this review. You can go and watch the cameras and see that you missed our items, I am not a liar, you guys need better employees that actually pay attention to what they are doing. Instead of saying you are sure everything was in the bag, why not just apologize and fix it or go ask your manger to view the cameras so they can see you made a mistake,
As I have high expectations when it comes to this amazing brand. This location has fell extremely short with of those expectations. Mistakes happen and I don?t fault anyone for being human. As I ordered on thing and got someone else order. No biggie so I called to discuss the miss hap. Well after being told they will replace it and I let them know that is a 1 hour round trip and I will find other option for dinner. The proceeded to put me on hold for over 10 minutes stating they are processing the refund. (The first thing I did was ask for a manager). After being on hold for far to long a manager answered as he had no idea I was waiting. He asked for the receipt so I had to get this out of my car. After another 5 minutes of my time he reluctantly gave me my refund. This is great food and great brand and this might be one off situation but the way the handled it and wasted my time was not okay with me. Luckily the Rogers location is a location I will still go to.
Pretty normal as far as Panda Express goes. Nothing special to mention, food was good.
