Firehouse Subs Henry St - Springdale

Ordered as the receipt shows in the first picture drive 15 minutes home only to open the hook ladder with lettuce and some kind of sauce when it was supposed to have only tomatoes and the Cajun with tomatoes when it was supposed to have lettuce and sauce only. Super disappointed and not even worth the time to drive back there for them to correct it because they were so busy. The cashier also couldn?t even pay attention to us when ordering. I?d like to think I would?ve enjoyed my sandwich if it came as I ordered it which is why I gave an extra star.

Very clean store and not too long to get my food. The order was perfect and tasted great.

The food is always delicious and correctly made. Great place for a hot or cold sub. My wife is a vegetarian and they had options for her, as well. Restaurant is clean and orderly. Employees are always friendly and have a good attitude. I watched the workers in the back making the food and they never stopped working.

Always great food and friendly service. I always forget the rewards and they never ask.
