Rally's Hamburgers - Spring Valley

They are so inconsistent with their hours. I frequently find myself disappointed that they are not open hours before they are supposed to close? no sign or indication other than the lanes are blocked and the windows are closed. Although, there was a signtonight that said drive thru only . However, the drive thru as blocked off, so yeah.

Present employees are slow to respond to customers. Waited 10 minutes after opening to be helped. Even though cashier knew I was waiting, she took her time to assist me.

They have a new automated order taker and it?s annoying. Luckily I only ordered simple things but what if I wanted a customized order? Is it programmed to know alllll the variables? It was very impersonal and I didn?t like it

The burgers is good. Their season fries is great. I'm only giving 3 stars cause they need to have clean tables outside for customers. Tables was sticky and crawling with ants and this wasn't during busy hours. Someone should at least come out andclean the tables.

I don?t visit this area often and appreciated how easy it was to find, that it was open late, that we could order from a walk up window in addition to the drive through. The outdoor seating was nice. Our food was good. Kids loved their vanilla cones.
