The fish soup and hornado were excellent. The prices were quite reasonable too.
I would give the food a rating of 3 stars. However, the surrounding area feels quite rough, and the parking situation is extremely chaotic.
If you are Ecuadorian and hungry this is a great place to go. Take my word for it
Everything is all over the place. Very messy and out of order. Waitress argued and claimed she was right and never fails to get a wrong order. Disgusting.
