Nick Nack Bbq Shack

The Nick Nack BBQ shack is a food truck usually stationed at Glen Helen Raceway. From what I have seen, they are open during race weekends for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner.I've been here quite a bit and I've never had any issues. Robert and Kim do an excellent job making delicious authentic smoked barbecue for an unbeatable price. I was just there yesterday for lunch and everything was amazing.I would usually go for their Loaded Nachos but I decided to go with the #1 my last visit. The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy.The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal.If you are ever in the area looking for quick delicious smoked barbecue I would definitely recommend you stop by because this food truck is definitely worth it.

Had the pleasure of eating their beef brisket sandwich, with the bbq beans on the side, best I have ever had, enjoyed at Glenn helen race track.

I'm visiting from Virginia and seen this cute bbq truck on the corner and had to stop for a snack on my way to my mom's and omg I got the pulled pork sweet n spicy tacos, blue cheese coleslaw and bacon pasta salad, everything was so delicious, the meat was so tender and flavorful and they were so friendly and nice, I plan on making this one of my favorite spots to stop every time I visit for now on???

I admire this restaurant! They give first-cleass food, their menu is decent, The cook in that place is very experienced, I enjoy a lot eating all their food. The dishes are consistently of high class, the service towards the visitors is good. I often eat in this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend this place.

Found these guys at the Farmers Market in Apple Valley, we usually always get the same vendor but decided to try Nick Nacks since they were new. Well the right choice was made because their food was amazing. It's hard to find good BBQ in California and this is especially true in the High Desert. Definitely going to make them a regular food truck to visit. Also try their BBQ fries if you want good loaded fries. Super crispy.
