Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The MOD that is on duty right now 02/16/22 at noon is killing it “I Believe her name was Rocky”. As someone who’s family owns restaurants and restaurant equipment companies watching her work while waiting on my to go order was truly a breath of fresh air. Knowing what it means to expedite and being great at it is clearly something she has mastered. Nothing and I mean nothing left that kitchen without being checked by her. If she isn’t training other managers then she’s in the wrong position. People take note this is what a manager should be. If the owner of this location sees this don’t fail to realize what an asset you have.

Chicken sandwich was tender and flavorful, fries crisp and hot, fried mushrooms as always the star of my visits. Not the cheapest fast food but not too pricey and well worth the additional cost for the quality and portion sizes.

Usually the food here is okay. Went today and this is their idea of extra fries instead of coleslaw and a third sauce which I never got but they had no problem adding to the charge. Why they started charging for a sauce packet as well is beyond me. Dobetter

Fast drive thru, customer service was top-notch. He repeated the order to us to make sure everything was correct. The food came out fast and their accuracy came out perfect. The order was completed and nothing was missing. The fries are well-seasoned.Chicken fingers were flavoured nicely and cooked to perfection. Sweet and Spicy Sauce was just about right for flavour andtaste. I will be getting Zaxby?s in Virginia locations!

It's frustrating that they can skimp on fries by simply dumping them on a plate instead of using the usual container. I usually don't request replacement food or refunds, but the staff conveniently vanished when we needed help. Now I understand why the people ahead of us walked out upset — we should have taken that as a warning. This place has seriously lost its way; it’s becoming a joke. Our last visit was on October 30, 2022, at 7:15 PM, and it will definitely be my last.
