The personal made rude remarks, they sat on the counters and laid a rotten banane in one of our banan columns. then he said that the worker should ask if the banane is lying out of the freezer. I don't think we're going back with these actions.

Really good ice-cream flavors!They have a great variety of combinations and flavors to choose from. However the portions are too much ice-cream and little of the ingredients. For example we tried the praline ice-cream and it just tasted like the vanilla flavor and a very little of the other flavors.

A little upset with my order. Large strawberry/banana milkshake and a small chocolate/vanilla swirl sugar cone chocolate sprinkles ... After repeating my order 4-5 times it was still wrong. I ended up paying 12$ for 8$ order... Got a cup instead of cone... No biggie they got me one in a cone over-flowing off the sides sloppy and smelling of mold. I couldn't eat it. I threw it away. Not to mention being charged more for what I ordered, not refunded ,then handed moldy smelling ice cream cone. No thank you!!! Hudson location is older, but has the best food/Icecream and customer service. Never had any issues with twistee treat until now. After working a 10 hour shift I just wanted something cold and sweet... Next time I'll wait until I get back to my area , when I want ice cream.

I would Give a zero if it let me manager Emily said that's all they have Is green hard bananas and actually served it to me that way and then when I asked to serve me a banana so I can peel it myself she told me no.
