Island Eatery - Spring Hill

We enjoyed a wonderfully prepared meal. All fresh meats and vegetables. I ordered the 'heavy shrimp ' soup. The bowl was enormous. Loaded with shrimp, rice and spices. It was not heavy. The broth was filled with flavor. The staff are warm and friendly. The restaurant is small and very clean. I would highly recommend it.

Go give it a try! The restaurant was charming and clean! It really had an 'at home ' and welcoming feeling. The Cuban sandwich was seriously phenomenal! I 've had lot of different cuban sandwiches, but this one won me over! The bread was fresh and the meat was so delicious! My husband had the pastelon (sweet plantain hot dish) he could not stop talking about how good it was. The presentation of the plates was perfection. You can really tell that the owner and her employees really take pride in the food that goes out to the table. My 2 small children shared red beans and rice and ate ALL of it. I can 't say enough good things about this restaurant. You just have to go give it a try!

Wow! Where to start. Such a warm and welcoming family place. Amazing home cooked food. You can taste the love put into it. Plentiful portions. Stay to have dessert! Excellent flan. Looking forward to coming back next time.

Seen this little gem as we drove by. On our way back we stopped in and this place is just fantabulous! If you ever get a chance to stop in here to eat , do so. Owners and staff are so pleasant and the atmosphere is welcomign. Clean restaurant and restroom and kitchen. My husband and I will be back (and we live in a different county) and we will bring family with us.. thank you for the great food

I'm so excited this restaurant opened. Welcome to Spring Hill. Very clean, excellent food and great service. Bout time we got a real good place to eat around here. Everyone should try it.
