Chickhoovenswine Bbq - Spring Hill

We were able to check them out while they were parked outside of Limitless Brewery over the weekend. We were starving so BBQ goes perfectly with an ice cold craft beer. I ordered the Caroline with cheesy corn and fries. The food was just ok for me. I like the cut and light seasoning of the fries, but the sandwich had solid flavors. We splashed some bbq sauce on everything except for the cheesy corn. I was not the biggest fan of the cheesy corn, but only because of it's simplicity and flavor. I would say overall, they were decent, but competition is pretty stiff in KC.

Food Truck was in our parking lot today for lunch. I had the Piggy Sandwich, pulled pork, sausage and slaw. A little messy but very good pork and sausage. Slaw was just the right amount so the meat was not overwhelmed.
