Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The chicken wings were tasty, but a little on the dry side. I really liked their dipping sauce variety. Their combo plates come with toasted bread and french fries, also a drink .The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was neat and clean. I'll definitely go back to try their other items.

My husband described the fried shrimp as a chicken nugget with a vague shrimp flavor. They also always seem to take a long time to get the drive thru orders sorted.

The customer service was good. The person on drive thru was extremely kind. But the chicken and fries were cold. The salad was wilted and the chicken on top was hard and old. I had an egg roll and it is filled with grease and not edible. I immediately felt nauseous after one bite of the salad.

Maya is always on point; she makes sure that the food is fresh and always has good service.

The food was good but not great. It wouldn 't be my first or second choice for chicken. The chicken fingers were good. They were juicy with soft, flavorful breading. The wings were decent but not the best. The first 2 wings that I ate were dry and tasted old. The other 3 wings tasted better, but still not wings I would purchase again. The fries had a nice seasoning on them, and the sauces were pretty good. The young lady who served me was sweet, and the food came out somewhat quickly. Overall, a good experience, but the food wasn 't indescribably good like their slogan suggests.
