Razzoo's Cajun Cafe - Spring

My partner and I went on Saturday night. The restaurant may have seemed a bit understated, but everything we tried was delicious! Our waitress was also fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

If something seems too good to be true, trust your instincts. The restaurant is housed in a new building, giving the impression of fresh and tasty food from a diligent kitchen crew. However, disappointment sets in when you realize it is a Razoo's chain serving Cajun food. The service was slow and half of the staff seemed either high or lost. The food ranged from bland drinks to reheated green beans and subpar salmon. The atmosphere was nice, but the taste and service left much to be desired. As a food lover and tired mother looking for a break from cooking, I should have just stayed home with my smoothie. Overall, the experience was a letdown.

I recently ordered a zombie cocktail at the restaurant. The waitress brought two to the table, but when I informed her that we only ordered one, she said it was okay to keep both and charge it to the bill. I asked her to confirm, and she reassured me it was fine. Since the drink was already on the table, I decided to drink it instead of letting it go to waste. However, the manager later informed me that I would have to pay for both drinks next time and that the waitress would not be allowed to make the same mistake again. I was disappointed with the service and the way the situation was handled, and I am not sure if I will return to this restaurant in the future.

One of my fave lunchspots. not happy with the chicken divers. will they bring back the chicken wings of the fireman? outside my norm ordered and went with Etoufee’, not disappointed at all? I will comment on the parking lot for ever, which there was a lot, but plan to look for a place at the weekend as cheddars is right next door. personal friendly. jason, the manager, was the coolest?

Ok but there are better, classier, cajun places out there. The drinks def weren’t good ….yuck lol!!! I had the grilled alligator entree which was good and the side order of green beans that came with it was excellent and flavorful! I could have had a bowl full of green beans! The seafood fondue appetizer was great. A waiter mistakenly brought us that appetizer that she meant to take to another table ….we were first timers so we thought it was part of the pre-food they bring out. Luckily we got to sample it. My mother had the fried wish and shrimp and it ok…it tasted like everyone else’s fried fish and shrimp I guess. Our waiter was horrible and really picky about how he hands out his receipts! He gave us our receipts with like 5 other people’s receipt and we we told him about it he said thats what he does. That was bad because its an invasion of privacy for customers and should be addressed. I also had to ask for an itemized receipt of our items since he didn’t give us one. Clearly this guy was new and needs some coaching on how to be a waiter!
