I entered the McDonald's attempting to use the koisk but had trouble, rang the bell but it was never answered. I approached the counter and tried request assistance from an employee who looked up at me, ignoring me. I asked her several times before she looked up again and said, You talking to me? I answered that I was. She cursed me and went back too ignoring me. I requested to speak with manager. The manager was respectful, courteous and professional. She assured the issued would be promptly handled and addressed. Accolades to McDonald's for their choice in management at this location.

Notoriously known as the worst Mc Donalds in Spring. Say no more.

There is a young guy that works the drive thru window. He is really nice and and respectful.
