Las Cascadas Mexican - Spring

I was invited to dine at this restaurant and had a hard time deciding what to order from the extensive menu. I ultimately chose two cheese enchiladas with rice, beans, and guacamole salad, while my wife opted for the Chile relleno. Both dishes were delicious. We were served two different types of salsa with the chips, and both were excellent.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. Our server, Alejandro Alex, was very attentive and friendly. Although I'm not a big fan of TexMex cuisine in general, the food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly.

The food was good, but the service was lacking. It took forever to place our order, and then we had trouble finding our server to pay the bill. It seemed like they were avoiding the customers and hanging out at the bar instead.

Food was hot and good. Service could have been better. Had to wait in server even though we where the only ones there.
