Jax - Spring

I have always been a fan of Jax restaurants, regardless of location, because of the food. However, I will never go back to this particular location again, and I hope your experience is better if you decide to visit. When we arrived at 7:30pm, the cashier gave us a rude "greeting" with eye rolls as we placed our order. It was clear that she was ready to close at 8pm. Despite my politeness and saying "thank you," she gave no response. When she brought out our food, she dropped my burger and ignored the situation for a while before fixing it. I had to grab the food myself and bring it to our table. Although the food was good, the service was lacking. The shakes were not great, maybe because the ice cream was too frozen. Overall, I had no major complaints about the food, but I hope the service improves for future customers.

The burgers are incredible, in my opinion they are the best burgers around. The food is fantastic! The only downside and why I am giving it 4 stars is because their drinks are off-brand. The food is top quality and I would prefer a premium drink like Coke or Dr Pepper. Despite this, I would still recommend this restaurant to others.

I really enjoy this restaurant. If you're expecting a 5-star dining experience, you may be disappointed. It's more of a dive-style burger joint, and it does that very well! The burgers can be a bit greasy, but the flavor is fantastic. I personally love the garlic parmesan fries. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I've noticed them cleaning the tables and the bathrooms were clean both times I've been here. This place is awesome, I will definitely be returning.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. My wife and I visited on a Thursday afternoon and had outstanding burgers and service. We both enjoyed the Baja Burger and Avocado Swiss, which were some of the best burgers we've had in years. The patties were juicy, the cheese was melted, and the buns were toasted. The Cajun fries were decent but a bit overcooked. We went back on Saturday and the burgers were not great. The meat was flavorless, the buns were not warm, and the cheese was not melted. The onion rings were also disappointing, as they seemed to be frozen and of poor quality. The inconsistency in quality from one visit to the next is why I am giving this restaurant a 3-star rating. If they can find some consistency, they have the potential to have the best burgers in Spring.

I visited this small burger restaurant based on the recommendation of a colleague. It did not disappoint - the cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious. I plan on returning in the future. Update: I have returned 5 or 6 times since my initial visit and have thoroughly enjoyed all of the burger and fry combinations I have tried. They are consistently well-prepared and tasty.
