Escalante's - Spring

I came here tonight with an important guest, hoping to impress her, but unfortunately, I ended up feeling somewhat embarrassed by my recommendation. When we arrived, we were left waiting for about 10 minutes. The hostess greeted us, but we still stood around for a while. Eventually, we figured it would take about 25-30 minutes, so we decided to ask if we could just sit at the bar. The hostess said she would check if it was open. Although there was a clear space at the bar, we waited another 10 minutes before getting permission to sit there. The bartender was busy, and we didn't receive our drinks for another 15 minutes after that. It was quite a frustrating experience. Overall, it seems like the service could use some improvement.

What a fantastic culinary experience! My family and I had the pleasure of enjoying the delicious cuisine at Escalante’s twice! Haylee and Julie, our servers, consistently provided exemplary customer service and offered great recommendations. The food was outstanding, and we can't wait to return!

I was for a Saturday wedding in the city and the reception on Friday evening took place in this restaurant. I was very impressed by their eating and service. everything was hot and fresh, possibly the best tex mex food I ever had. there were a few people who had extensive food restrictions and the staff was attentive and responding to their needs. we had no better experience. large personal large restaurant! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. well done!

Absolutely amazing! This is my favorite restaurant. While it is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. Every meal tastes heavenly. The staff is incredibly kind, and their dedication is truly lovely. Excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend it!

The food and service from the manager was top notch! Everything came out hot and ready- so much so as to not having a chance to take a picture! Location is nice on a warm day. Love the windows there.
