Chili's - Spring

I have been going to this Chili's for years, even though there is a closer one to me. I can always rely on this place to be consistently good. The service can be a bit slow at times, but it seems like they are understaffed, so I understand. I have never had a bad meal here before. My go-to dishes are the Triple Dipper, which is a great deal, and the Baja Shrimp Tacos, which are low-calorie and always delicious. I always recommend this Chili's to anyone looking for a fast, family-friendly restaurant with cheap drinks that is open late and consistently good.

I had lunch with my wife at a restaurant named either Because or Cat and Andrea (there was also a male server, but I forgot to get his name). The service was fantastic! We enjoyed everything from the start - Kat was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and not too crowded around 10 or 11am. The food was delicious and satisfying. My wife had a great Patron margarita and a well-cooked 6oz steak. I ordered the Cajun pasta with sausage and shrimp, which was amazing. I would highly recommend this place as a stellar dining option. It would also be family-friendly, so we may bring our children next time.

My best friend and I watched Game 6 of the World Series that night at the restaurant. The waitress at the bar, Kat, was a delight to be around. We struck up a conversation and as we celebrated the Astros' win, we shared a heartfelt moment in tears because of our personal investment in the game. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. I definitely plan on returning.

I ordered takeout for $100. Everything was cold, even though I only had a 10-minute drive home. The steak was overcooked and lacked seasoning, the loaded french fries were inedible, and the margaritas were served in kids' to-go cups. I requested extra ranch but did not receive any. The kids' pizza seemed undercooked and floppy. However, the dry rub ribs were delicious and tender. Despite the systems being down when I picked up my order, the to-go server handled everything with a great attitude and made the process quick. Overall, I wish the food met the same standards as the service.

This was a very friendly location. Everyone they worked there had a smile on their face and were all interacting with each other the whole time which makes me believe this staff really gets along with each other. We went in the middle of the week so Iassume they don't have a full staff of waiters because our waiter was actually the bartender. He was very busy taking drunkorders and food orders both at the bar and around the section we sat. He did a great job and never seemed overwhelmed at all.Great job by him. Food was on point. Obviously, you don't go to Chili's and expect a life changing dining experience, but whatwe did have was excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly. They did a very energetic birthday celebration song for mydaughter. Keep in mind, if you're bringing someone for their birthday, they do charge now for the desert. It used to be free,but I guess they did out with that (at least at this location). It wasn't a problem, but just keep that in mind. Overall, itwas a great experience. Great vibes and all.
