Bidrage med feedbackThe staff customer service here is horrible! I placed my order at 1:50pm with a scheduled curbside pickup at 2:30pm. I arrived at about 2:15pm sat outside for nearly 25 minutes waiting for my order. Please keep in mind that I, along with 2 of my team members were in the area participating in a Bridal Show I was parked directly in front of their entrance doors in a White GMC pickup truck with a Uhaul trailer attached. Basically, I was impossible to miss! When I called the store to find out WHY I was still waiting for our food, the female that answered the phone was impolite condescending. She rudely stated that this location doesn 't have Curbside when I told her the app offered that as an option she raised her voice telling me No! We don 't have that here! Then when she brought our COLD Food out, she failed to bring the drinks. Then when I asked about the drinks, she requested to see the receipt that she attached to my order. I was so disappointed with the lack of service I received really wanted a full refund but I felt like it was going to be a Whole Thing if I had to approach her for it. I won 't be returning to this location. EVER!
I walked in and ordered to go. Employee was friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. Shakir, I believe his name was. He greeted everyone with a smile on face.
50 bucks for 20 boneless wings half dry rub fries 1 beer, and a soda kinda crazy
Dine in, not a long wait time, waited 40 min. for the waitress to take our order. We gave her everything at the same time. Drinks- 10 min.,and 1 hr 20 min. Out appetizers and lunch came out. Waitress was not attentive. I had to flag her down 3 times.Wings were like eating a spoon full of salt. Waitress offered to get them changed, but I only need my half changed. I told her change mine half only. They changed all the wings and my husband couldn't eat the same sauce for health reasons.Over all, first time and last to Buffalo Wild Wings.
We went to two different BWs today. The first, I asked to be seated where we could watch the NCAA wrestling quarter finals and they changed one tv to ESPN for me. The other tvs were on a variety of things. We went to the one in Sanford to see the semi-finals and they refused to change even one of the tvs to ESPN. All the tvs were on the same basketball game. So we left. We went down the road and saw it at a different place. I get that basketball is popular, but one of the multitude of tvs could have been on ESPN in a sports bar. The biggest thing that pissed me off was being lied to about not being allowed to change a TV station.
