We received our order at the incorrect address, but Red Bowl quickly resolved the issue and delivered our food within 30 minutes. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Red Bowl! Rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants but the food I got tonight was horrible and had to be thrown away. Ordered chicken with mixed vegetables and general tso's chicken both with wonton, everything was burnt. Pretty sure the guy absorbed in his game on his cell phone was the one in charge of cooking considering I asked for a set of chopsticks, the woman working the register sent him to get them and he never even took his eyes off the game he was playing as he walked back to where the chopsticks are and proceeded to stand there forcing the female employee to have to go get them. Red Bowl used to be our go-to Chinese takeout spot. However, in the past year, there has been a noticeable decline in service, particularly in long wait times, and the quality of the food has also declined. Our most recent meal was disappointing enough that I do not plan on returning. While I am willing to wait for good food, when everything is overcooked or lacks flavor, it's a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1.
